what makes this day so special
I hope you all had Feb. 14 circled on your calenders, because it is a very big day. This day is absolutely filled with meaning as we all think about those who mean the most to us, and our hearts are lightened and this winter weather warmed by thoughts of the spring to come, whenever we hear those four magical words. . . . . . PITCHERS AND CATCHERS REPORT!!!!!!! Yes, today is the start of spring training, so I hope there is a smile on your face as you think about Bondermania, the Gambler, the D-Train, and even Todd Jones, 'cuz let's face it, even he will have difficulty blowing a lead with this lineup.

The first thing I saw after clicking on this log was "PITCHERS AND CATCHERS REPORT" in all CAPS, which made me think of something completely different from baseball... although thinking about baseball did help to wash those images from my mind.
