Wahlberg says hi to your mother

You may have read Mark Wahlberg's reaction to comedian Andy Samberg spoofing him on "Saturday Night Live" recently, but the Hitlist followed up while Wahlberg was promoting his new movie, "Max Payne," and got a somewhat different response.
"You know what? It's flattering," Wahlberg says. "It wasn't obviously as funny as the Tina Fey/Sarah Palin thing, so I don't know. Maybe it's a little jab because I've refused to do the show so many times, but I don't know. Yeah, it was funny. 'Say hi to your mother for me' is my new catchphrase even though I never really said that before, but I'll take it and run with it."
Then, after a pause, Wahlberg digs, "No, it was not as funny as 'Hot Rod' the movie, but kid's gotta do what he's gotta do to make a living. I ain't knockin' it. It's all good."
But if you heard Wahlberg's response, he didn't actually seem that cool with it. So, Samberg may want to avoid any dark alleys or neighborhood bars with Wahlberg and his buddies in them. And in an appropriate transition to his new flick, the "Entourage" producer divulges he purposely took the title role in "Max Payne" because he'd been itching to play a tough guy again. Wahlberg says, "I just played a science teacher in 'The Happening,' I played an accountant in [next year's] 'The Lovely Bones,' and it was time to go back and do what I think best suits me: busting some heads and having some fun and kicking ass on the bad guys."
Ahh yes... make fun of them... not me. Thin skin can only cover up so much.
